Board of Directors

This section contains all of the agendas, minutes, and reports from our Board of Directors meetings and Work Sessions. The Board meets monthly, usually on the fourth Thursday of the month (in November the meeting is held on the third Thursday, and in December on the first Thursday).

A BOD Work Session is held approximately a week prior to a regular BOD meeting. Work Sessions provide the community an opportunity to learn more about current park business issues, status, or events, and pending Requests for Action (RFA). Work Sessions are also the forum for community members to discuss park business and RFAs, and to provide feedback for the BOD to consider in their decision-making at the following regular BOD meeting.

The BOD is comprised of 5 directors. Elections for BOD members are held annually in August. BOD members are elected for two-year terms and are limited to two consecutive terms, not including any partial term served by appointment to fill a position prior to the election. To ensure continuity, the terms are staggered with three members ending their term one year and two the next. Following each annual election, the BOD meets to select officers.
