How to sublease your site to a social member
Renters who stay more than 30 days are now called Social Members. The document below contains step-by-step instructions for subleasing your site to a Social Member.
All Social Members must fill out the following forms:
- Guest/Social Member registration form
- Liability waiver form
- Site assignment and sublease form
- Social club membership application
- OR - Social Club Member Renewal Form
As soon as possible after they arrive, Social Members must check into the Office to pay their fee, and to receive the park welcome packet.
How to rent your site to a guest
A renter who stays on your site for 30 days or less is called a guest.
RV Members who will be renting a site must submit the Guest Reservation Form to the Office prior to the arrival of the guest.
As soon as possible after they arrive, guests must check into the Office to pay their fee, sign the remaining forms, and receive the park welcome packet.
