If you'd like to reserve one of our facilities, please send an email to calendar@discoverybayresort.org.
Please note that community events take priority over private events when it comes to the use of common spaces. Accordingly, we offer the Activities Committee, or others who are planning an event for the entire community, first right of refusal for major holidays.
How to schedule your event
- Please check the calendar prior to making your request to make sure that the time you want is available.
- Send these details to calendar@discoverybayresort.org:
- Name of event
- The date you prefer
- Start and end times
- Preferred location
- Contact person if we have questions
- Will this be a repeating event? If so, how often will you meet?
Follow-up after booking
- You will receive a reply stating that your event has been booked.
- Please check the calendar to confirm that your event is scheduled correctly.
- We recommend waiting to publicize the event until your reservation reaches this stage.
- Remember to let us know if you cancel the event or change its details, so that others can plan around the changes. Thank you!
