The Finance Committee is responsible for working with the DBWC/DBR Staff and BOD Treasurer to prepare an annual budget, which shall be submitted to the DBWC members, and the BOD for approval. The Finance Committee will assist the Treasurer and Park Managers with monthly budget reviews, and, where appropriate, make recommendations. The Finance Committee helps the Treasurer and the Park Managers to update the Reserve Study annually, and submits it to the BOD for final approval.
