The Pet Committee members address ongoing pet concerns, facilitate discussions between leaseholders, attempt to gain agreement between Leaseholders, review pet rules and make recommendations to the BOD; and address common element amenities in the designated pet areas.

What this group does
- The Pet Committee seeks to resolve conflicts at the lowest level and elevates unresolved conflicts to the Park Manager as appropriate.
- If the conflict is still unresolved, the Park Manager will elevate the issue to the BOD for the final determination.
