The LARC Committee is responsible for assisting Leaseholders in achieving the desired level of individual lot design, while being consistent with the LARC Standards and those codes required by local, state, and federal agencies applicable to the type of design proposed. When Leaseholders want to make any changes to the exterior appearance of their lot or structures, they need to prepare a LARC Design Form and get it approved by the committee. LARC has the authority to approve or disapprove any request.

The committee will provide assistance to Leaseholders regarding any questions they may have in order to help them achieve their goals. Upon request, the committee will assist Leaseholders with how to meet the requirements of the LARC Standards and provide resources, such as how to obtain conditional permits that are required from Jefferson County.

The committee strives to be diligent regarding transparency through the following measures:

• Weekly meetings are held, with prior notice sent from the office to Leaseholders, allowing all parties to participate.
• Agendas are posted, and sent to all Leaseholders from the office, the day before the meeting.
• A spreadsheet is maintained of current projects and is available on this website.
